Rainbows and Sunshine

"Hiya, Dashie! Whacha doing up there?"
"Oh, nothing much, just hangin' around! ;D"

So, this past month has been pretty ridiculous, and though in the end, everything was solved, I have been pretty depressed lately over some things I couldn't really control.
But anyway, what inspired this little painting/drawing/thing was something my boyfriend said to me the other night when I thought for sure that I was doomed for all eternity with no future and just wanted to find a hole to crawl into and never come out.
He said something that was along the lines of this: "Well, I can't wait until you're back to your rainbows and sunshine self."

And so while I was walking around yesterday, bouncing along and back to my rainbows-and-sunshine self, I thought about someone else who was made out of sunshine: Pinkie Pie!
And who else would be spreading rainbows then Rainbow Dash?

That's where this painting came from! I just imagined Pinkie Pie walking along, spreading smiles and sunshine wherever she goes, and here comes Rainbows Dash to return the favor and give her a nice rainbow.
